Habitual Health is run solely by Sara Gestier. Sara started her body exploration in India 2011 where she studied to become a yoga teacher. Her passion for anatomy lead her to study massage which is where she found her passion for the body and the therapeutic connections formed through treatment.
Sara has continued her studies at university studying human movement, exercise prescription and nursing/paramedicine.
After 10 years of bodyworking, Sara is still fascinated with the human body and loves sharing her knowledge with anyone who will listen.
Sara is an accredited Massage & Myotherapy Australia member and can provide rebates for all private health funds.

Myotherapy
Myotherapy is suitable for patients with acute or chronic muscle & joint pain issues. Myotherapists have an extensive knowledge of the muscular system, bones/joints structure, fascial chains, postural dysfunctions and pathologies. Using this wealth of knowledge they can form a treatment plan for your musculoskeletal pain using a variety of techniques.
Pregnancy Massage
Pregnancy massage is a comforting and nurturing process which can relax both mother and baby whilst aiding in their adaptation to the ongoing physiological changes. Pregnancy Massage is the perfect way to promote well-being, alleviate discomfort and pain, increase body awareness and encourage bonding between mother and baby.
Remedial Massage
The word remedial comes from the word “remedy”, meaning you use it to resolve pain, dysfunction or disease. If you are experiencing muscle pain/disforcomfort &/or stress. If you would like targeted clinical approach remedial massage is suitable for you.
Relaxation Massage
